## What this site is

A public blog and profile. There is no login, checkout, comment system, or newsletter form on this origin. Posts are meant to be read, cited, and retrieved as HTML or markdown.

## Data

Hosting logs follow the host. I do not operate a separate marketing database of readers.

### What we collect

In your browser, the theme toggle stores a cl-theme key in localStorage so the next visit can keep light or dark. That value stays on your device; the server does not read it. On the host, the site is served from Vercel with Cloudflare in front. Those operators log ordinary request metadata — IP address, user-agent, path, referrer, timing — to operate the network and investigate abuse. I do not run a first-party analytics product on top of that.

### What we do not collect

No accounts or passwords. No payment data. No first-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. No contact form fields that submit personal information to this origin. Emailing the public inbox is ordinary email, not a form post on this site. I do not publish a street address or phone number here, and I will not invent one for a schema field.

### How long logs last

Hosting logs follow the host's retention. If you emailed the public inbox, that message lives in ordinary email until I delete it.

## Outbound services

The profile image is served from Google Cloud Storage. Footer tools link to ChatGPT and Gemini, which are third-party services with their own policies. Following those links leaves this site. AuthorityTech, Machine Relations, LinkedIn, X, Medium, and Cal.com are separate origins.

## Contact about privacy

Questions about this page go to contact@christianlehman.com. That is the same editorial inbox as the contact page. There is no separate privacy officer mailbox on this personal site.
